If you already have an organization setup, the best way to add a new user to Geocene is to invite them to your organization.

Note: it is possible that two or more organizations have the same name. It can be confusing if multiple people have created an organization named “Sample Inc.” and then have invited different sets of users to the different organizations that share the same name.

Navigate to the the Geocene web app, and select “Organizations” from the left ribbon menu.

Select the appropriate org from the top drop-down menu, enter email addresses (comma-delimited if multiple), then hit “Send Invitations.”
